Trailways currently operates two buses a day to Niagara Falls, Ontario, from the Port Authority terminal. These buses do not stop on the American side of the Border in Niagara Falls.
You will notice the second bus of the day departs at 7:30 PM and arrives on the Canadian side of the border at 4:40 AM. You could say this is a night bus as you will arrive bright and early at Niagara Falls, Ontario.

George Washington Bridge Bus Station
From the George Washington Bridge Bus Station, you can catch an “Ourbus.”
