Currently, only Greyhound runs to both Niagara Falls, NY, and Niagara Falls, Canada, without a transfer somewhere en route.   

This is a night bus, so if you can sleep on a bus, this may be the one for you.  The bus currently departs at 10:50 pm and arrives in Niagara Falls, NY, at 8:30 am and arrives in Niagara Falls, Canada, at 9:35 am.

Trailways from PABT

Trailways currently operates two buses a day to Niagara Falls, Ontario, from the Port Authority terminal.  These buses do not stop on the American side of the Border in Niagara Falls. 

You will notice the second bus of the day departs at 7:30 PM and arrives on the Canadian side of the border at 4:40 AM.  You could say this is a night bus as you will arrive bright and early at Niagara Falls, Ontario. 

Trailways buses do not seem to show up on some of the search tools, such as busbud so use this link to the Trailways booking site to purchase tickets.

From the George Washington Bridge Bus Station, you can catch an “Ourbus.”  

There are 2-3 daily departures each day to Niagara Falls, but the bus does not cross the border to Niagara Falls, Canada.

But this is not a big deal as it stops three blocks from Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, USA, so you can actually walk across the bridge to Canada and be close to many of the hotels on the Canadian side.
